Tusker is a Non-woven “Strobel” material very widely used by shoemakers. These are available in various thicknesses and characteristics. 
 
Non woven/ recycled stitch-bonded based material. High breathability, flexibility and physical standards.

  • PRODUCT INFORMATION

    Tusker GPU1500 is available in 1.5mm thickness. It is mainly used as a PU injection strobel.

     

    PU injection strobel and PU does not penetrate through the material.

  • PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

    • 1.5 MM Thickness

    • Used in the Strobel area in various shoes, Eg. Moccasin & Shilpan shoes, and in insole part area
    • Excellent absorption and dispersal qualities
    • Will not shrink or grow due to moisture
    • Low extensibility to restrict growth during the force lasting process
    • Ensures accurate sole attachment or injection moulding
    • Low extension permeable to both air and moisture
